Seducing Charlotte has been selected as Book of the Month for Chick Swagger‘s new online book club, Lit Swagger.

The winner was chosen through an online vote. It was a tight contest, so I’m thrilled Charlotte emerged the winner.

Seducing Charlotte starts of with a bang. And, yes, it IS what you think. 

Back when I was entering contests for unpublished writers, that scene proved to be controversial. Some judges loved it, others not so much.

Seducing Charlotte, my debut novel which releases this month, was the second-place finisher in RT Book Reviews’ “Writing With the Stars” contest in 2011.

After five rounds of competition, online voting at RT Book Reviews determined the winner. It was an exciting and stressful time. Out of 10 finalists, I tied for second place in the international competition.  Not bad!
